Christmas Eve Services

All are welcome! We hope to see you at one or more of our services. With four different services to choose from, click here to determine which one is best for your worship style. Christmas Eve Worship 3:00 pm This service is for families with toddlers to early elementary school aged children. Children will be given a head band when they come in and will be invited down to help retell the Christmas story. After the liturgy, a children's sermon will be given and communion will be offered. With no rehearsals required and the child friendly atmosphere, this service takes the stress out of Christmas pageants and gives the children an opportunity to participate in worship. Sharing the Christmas Spirit

There are a number of opportunities in December to share the Christmas Spirit. December 2nd Holy Comforter Community Dinner You are invited to participate in our next Holy Comforter Supper: Wednesday, December 2 at 5:30. All Are Welcome! There are opportunities to serve and have a meal with our friends at the Friendship Center, an inclusive community that promotes the mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing of adults marginalized by mental health challenges and by poverty. Help the Youth Gather Supplies for the Emmaus House Thanksgiving Food Drive

Each November, Emmaus House sponsors a Thanksgiving at Home program for our neighbors in Peoplestown. The Emmaus House provides 350 households with turkeys and groceries so that they may have a Thanksgiving meal to prepare and enjoy at home. We need donations of bags filled with ingredients to make Thanksgiving side dishes. Please deliver bags of sides to St. Benedict's Church by Sunday, Nov. 22nd. We are leaving after the 10:30 service to take the bags to the Emmaus House. Each bag should contain the following: 2 Cans of String Beans (English cut) 2 Cans of Corn 2 Cans of Peas 1 Can of Cranberry Sauce 2 Boxes of Muffin Mix 1 Large Bag of Stuffing 1 Box of Brownie Mix 1 Bag of Rice (1 lb.) Christmas Tree Fundraiser for Path To Shine

Order your beautiful Frasier Fir Christmas Tree online through Sunday, November 22nd and will be ready for you the first weekend in December. Trees can be picked up at St. Benedict's Episcopal Church on Friday 12/04 from 5-7PM, Saturday 12/05 from 3-5pm or on Sunday, 12/06 from 12 noon to 1pm. Click here to Order
