Help the Youth Gather Supplies for the Emmaus House Thanksgiving Food Drive

Each November, Emmaus House sponsors a Thanksgiving at Home program for our neighbors in Peoplestown. The Emmaus House provides 350 households with turkeys and groceries so that they may have a Thanksgiving meal to prepare and enjoy at home.

We need donations of bags filled with ingredients to make Thanksgiving side dishes.

Please deliver bags of sides to St. Benedict's Church by Sunday, Nov. 22nd. We are leaving after the 10:30 service to take the bags to the Emmaus House.

Each bag should contain the following:

• 2 Cans of String Beans (English cut)

• 2 Cans of Corn

• 2 Cans of Peas

• 1 Can of Cranberry Sauce

• 2 Boxes of Muffin Mix

• 1 Large Bag of Stuffing

• 1 Box of Brownie Mix

• 1 Bag of Rice (1 lb.)

Please place all of the sides for each household into a brown paper bag with handles.
